Our Team

Eldar founded Centras in 2004. Before Centras, he headed Investment & Wholesale Banking at Kazkommertsbank which he joined in 1995. Eldar serves on the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange", Forte Bank and Air Astana. He chairs the Kazakhstan Growth Forum, private-sector transformation think-tank, and Competitiveness Council at the Chamber of Commerce. Eldar is on the Advisory Board of Harvard`s Davis Center on Russia & Eurasia. He graduated from the Yassawi University and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Beibit is a founding member of the Centras Team. He started working in the team at Kazkommertsbank in 1997. Before the Bank, he was responsible for introducing international accounting standards at the National Bank of Kazakhstan. In 2011, Beibit headed Centras Insurance and joined the Board at Kazakhstan’s Insurers Association. Since 2013, he leads the organization of CFO Summit. Beibit graduated from the Narxoz University.

Murat came to Centras as an intern in 2005 and grew up from the position of an analyst to a chief executive. He headed Centras Securities in late 2019. Organizer of the Kazakhstan Technology Forum—K-TECH. Murat gained a Bolashak national scholarship and studied finance at the University of Glasgow. He now serves on the Board of the Bolashak Association. Murat holds a BSc degree from the Kazakhstan National University and MSc from the University of Glasgow.

Oleg joined with the team of Kommesk-Omir in 2007. A insurance market veteran with 23 years of experience, he is responsible for for mass and life insurance products. Oleg joined Kommesk in 1998 and progressed from a specialist to chief executive. He possesses unique expertise in process and talent management. Oleg is the organizer of the Kazakhstan HR Forum and a member of Young Presidents Organization. Oleg graduated from the Narxoz University, finished an insurance program at the Russian Government’s Financial Academy and holds a certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
