The program has been conceptualized as an enhanced training to complement higher education, vocational training, and management courses. The program focuses on improving the knowledge and skills of

• expert faculty members of higher education institutions;
• ambitious students and graduates;
• leading professionals;
• promising top managers.

Program structure The training cources include lectures, analytical discussions, and practical workshops. The program is designed as a one-year course with a 2-week starting module, bi-annaul group workshops, one- or two-day quarterly sessions, and a final one-day session taking place the following year.
